Purpose: Investments have funded the establishment of Jackie Mays Burger and three pop-up restaurant events.
Seed Round I: Closed March 31, 2022
Purpose: Investments have funded the Jackie Mays mobile kitchen to provide demand and financial proof-of-concept of our food and eventual first restaurant location.
Projected returns: significant ROIs for early investors in this pre-IPO opportunity.

Purpose: Launch of our restaurant and eventual franchise.
